Your tongue too immature to stomach this fruit. A flavor accompanied by stench.
Your shoulders aren’t broad enough,
Your back not sturdy.
Your skin isn’t soft enough to cradle this vulnerability.
Your touch not tender enough to wipe these tears.
Your subconscious not deep enough to balance this duality.
